What is Tea Meditation?
Rooted in ancient tradition, tea meditation is a sensory mindfulness practice that combines gentle movement, present-moment awareness, and the soothing ritual of tea. It’s ideal for anyone experiencing:
A racing or busy mind
Burnout or compassion fatigue
Chronic stress or overwhelm
A longing for peace, clarity, and intentional rest
This practice helps you reduce anxiety, restore nervous system balance, and reconnect with your breath—one warm sip at a time.
