    Nutrition & Mental Health VIP Program – $2,000
    Four 2-hour sessions offering a holistic approach that combines therapy with nutrition insights to support mood regulation, energy, and overall mental health.

    CEO Self-Care Intensive – $2,500
    Two 4-hour sessions focused on prioritizing self-care, reducing stress, and creating sustainable habits to enhance your wellbeing.

  • Do you take insurance?

    A Solution B, LLC is a private-pay counseling practice. For high-achieving women and ambitious clients, this approach ensures your sessions are fully personalized, flexible, and focused on your unique goals, without limits imposed by insurance plans—like session caps, mandated diagnoses, or restricted treatment methods.     Does my insurance reimburse for your services?

    Yes! Most plans, including Medicare, reimburse some Out-of-Network behavioral health services. You’ll want to check your plan to see what percentage is reimbursable. Learn more about services and fees

    How to use insurance for therapy services
    If you want to leverage insurance while maintaining a premium, private-pay experience:

    1. Contact your insurance directly – Ask about Out-of-Network behavioral health coverage.

    2. Request a superbill – I’ll provide a document with session details and diagnosis codes for submission.

    3. Use Reimbursify – Submit your superbill via the Reimbursify app to streamline the process.

    Why private pay matters for high-achieving clients:
    Paying out-of-pocket allows you to prioritize deep, uninterrupted growth, focus on holistic and individualized strategies, and invest in a high-impact, results-oriented experience—including offerings like the CEO Self-Care Intensive.

    Note: Many plans require you to meet your deductible first, so some initial out-of-pocket costs may apply.

  • How much do you charge for counseling?

    I aim to make counseling both accessible and valuable. My fees for individual sessions range from $70 to $150, depending on session type. The initial intake session is typically $150, and follow-up sessions range from 30 to 55 minutes, allowing time for notes and record-keeping.. Learn more about my services and fees.

    Therapy Packages

    In addition to individual sessions, I offer topic-focused therapy packages ranging from $400 to $2,500. These packages provide deeper, structured support in specific areas of mental health and well-being. Learn more about these packages and their benefits by viewing above.

    When is payment due?
    Payment is expected at the time of service. To schedule an appointment and maintain an active client relationship, a credit card must be kept on file. Your card will be charged at the time of your session unless other arrangements are made in advance. You may choose to pay using an alternative method, but a card on file is required.

    What are the payment options?

    I accept Cash, Check, Mastercard, American Express, Visa, FSA, HSA, and CareCredit.

  • Can I receive an estimate of my charges?

    Absolutely. At A Solution B, LLC, we believe in full transparency so you can plan your investment in your wellbeing confidently. Under the No Surprises Act (federal law, December 2020), you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of your counseling services. This ensures you know what to expect financially and protects you from unexpected costs, giving you peace of mind as you focus on your personal growth and transformation.

  • Are EAP services accepted?

    Yes, A Solution B, LLC is contracted with the following Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers:

    Please note: If you are interested in integrative services, including holistic or specialty approaches, these are designed for clients outside of EAP. EAP sessions typically require therapists to use approved modalities such as CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based approaches. If you’d like to continue with integrative services after completing your EAP sessions, you are welcome to transition into ongoing care.

  • If you have financial concerns, there are funding resources that may be able to assist you. Please visit the websites of the following organizations to check your eligibility:

    • The Loveland Foundation -Provides therapy support for Black women and girls.

    • MIBlackTherapyFund -Offers grants for mental health services for Black residents in Michigan.

    • Mental Health Liberation Fund -Supports individuals with limited access to mental health care.

    Additionally, clients may consider CareCredit, a healthcare financing option, to help manage the cost of therapy and integrative services.

  • What should I expect during the first session?

    Your first appointment, called the intake session, is designed to gather essential information and get a clear understanding of why you’re seeking therapy at A Solution B, LLC. You’ll complete a few brief forms, which we’ll review together, and we’ll discuss your background, current concerns, and goals. It’s completely normal to feel nervous or self-conscious—sharing those feelings can actually help set the tone. Our aim is to create a safe, welcoming space for you to begin your journey toward balance and wellbeing.

    How do I schedule an initial intake appointment?

    To schedule your first appointment, a credit card is required to hold your spot. You won’t be charged until your session, and you’re welcome to pay using another method at the time of service.

    How do I schedule a counseling appointment?

    Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Simply click the “Request Appointment” button on any page of the website to book your session.

  • What are Telehealth Services and how will A Solution B, LLC utilize it?

    Telehealth allows you to receive high-quality, personalized mental health support from the comfort of your own space, using secure technology to connect with your provider remotely. At A Solution B, LLC, telehealth services are offered via phone or video conferencing, ensuring you have access to consistent care no matter where you are.

    To use video conferencing, you’ll need to create a secure client portal login. Our platform is HIPAA-compliant and fully confidential, allowing you to engage in therapy with the same privacy and professionalism as an in-person session. Learn more about services and fees

  • Due to state licensing regulations, I can only provide therapy services to clients physically located in New Jersey, Michigan, and Vermont at the time of treatment.

    However, my digital products and virtual tools are available to support mental wellness, stress management, and self-care for individuals anywhere.

    Additionally, workshops, presentations, and speaking engagements are open to the general public, offering opportunities to benefit from my expertise regardless of location.

  • Your time and care are a priority. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If something urgent comes up with less than 24 hours’ notice, reach out via phone, text at 616-319-3863, or email at ASolutionB@gmail.com.

    Missed appointments or same-day cancellations will be charged the full cost of the session. This fee may differ for therapy packages or the CEO Self-Care Intensive.

  • Yes! You will receive two reminders for your upcoming appointment: one via email and one via text, starting two days before your session. For video sessions, you’ll also receive a text reminder 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a smooth, stress-free start.

  • I am currently licensed to provide telehealth services in Michigan, New Jersey, and Vermont. Clients located in these states can receive secure, confidential therapy via phone or video sessions.
