Gardening

Calling all garden enthusiasts and mental health advocates! Join Reynelda Jones, a Mental Health Therapist, and the Grand Rapids Food Co-op at Martin Luther King Park as we dive into the powerful impact gardening has on our mental health.

From improving mood and reducing stress to fostering a sense of community and purpose, gardening truly is a therapeutic activity for the mind, body, and soul. Join us and receive free seedlings and seeds to add to your garden.

Come learn more and get your hands dirty with us on Sunday, June 23 at 1:00 pm. See you there! Let's cultivate well-being together through the joy of gardening.
