CEO Self-Care Intensive in Grand Rapids, MI
Support Your Clients with a Focused, Transformative Therapy Experience
The CEO Self-Care Intensive is a private, 2-day adjunct therapy experience for high-achieving women who are feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stressed, or disconnected from themselves.
Designed to complement — not replace — existing therapeutic relationships, this intensive offers your clients the chance to pause, reset, and re-engage with their healing work in a deeply focused way.
What Is the CEO Self-Care Intensive?
Clients engage in:
Two extended 1:1 therapy sessions
Mind-body strategies (breathwork, grounding, somatic tools)
Optional tea meditation or ear acupuncture (for in-person clients)
A customized self-care plan
Pre-work and post-session integration support
Your client will receive a clear framework, sustainable coping tools, and space for meaningful reflection — without stepping outside their existing therapeutic journey.
Since We Can’t Be Experts at Everything…
It’s okay to ask for support when you need it. The CEO Self-Care Intensive is designed to complement your ongoing work—not replace it- giving you focused tools and strategies to help your clients recharge, manage stress, and rebuild energy in a way that fits their busy lives.

Important Note for Referring Therapists:
Hi, I’m Reynelda Jones, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Acudetox Specialist, and Certified Integrative Mental Health Practitioner. If your clients are feeling stressed out, “over it,” and struggling to put themselves first, this intensive offers focused support to help them pause, reset, and regain energy and clarity—without the need for long-term commitment.
This is a collaborative adjunct offering, not a referral to ongoing therapy.
Clients are screened to ensure clinical appropriateness.
With client permission, you may be informed of their participation or progress.
After the intensive, clients return to your care with new insights and tools; not to establish an ongoing relationship with me.
“True change starts when you give yourself permission to pause, reflect, and take intentional steps forward. Your story is powerful—how you care for yourself shapes the impact you make in the world.”
— Inspired by Reynelda Jones, LMSW-C

Clients attend two extended 1:1 therapy sessions over two days, complete reflection materials in advance, and leave with a personalized self-care plan. It's structured, intentional, and deeply supportive. Read more about the structure in this blog post →

Clients begin with an intake session to assess fit and needs. Once confirmed, they receive several preparatory emails that include short videos and a reflective workbook to begin the process. During the intensive, they’ll receive customized tools and materials designed for long-term use—many of which can be integrated into your ongoing work together. Afterward, two shorter follow-up sessions are included to help process shifts, address barriers, and ensure continued support.

Keep it simple: “This isn’t a replacement for therapy — it’s a short-term intensive that gives you space to reset, refocus, and take care of yourself in a way that’s harder to do in weekly sessions.” You can also send them to the client-facing landing page for more details

Not every client is a fit. This is best suited for high-functioning women who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck. It’s ideal for clients who are self-aware, ready for focused work, and not in immediate crisis or requiring stabilization.

Yes. This is not a long-term therapy relationship. Clients are referred back to your care after the intensive, often with new insight, emotional clarity, and actionable tools that support the work you’re already doing.
